Entertainers Swap Meet..
The Entertainers Swap Meet is a micro convention. The point of this event is to give everyone an easy outlet for selling/swapping unneeded supplies.
Admission is free. The event is hosted by Steps to Success, a non profit early learning center. A donation jar & concessions to benefit Steps to Success will be available.
You can bring your own tables or blankets to display your items. There is a large floor space for our use. There are tables that can be reserved with a $5 donation. Please send your donation and contact information to Steps to Success, 56 Hillcrest Ave., Leola PA 17540. If you wish to reserve a table prior to the event you can also contact Tracie or Michelle at 717-656-3363. Tables are recommend for folks who are interested in spending the day and have boxes of items to swap or sell.
Everyone is welcome to buy, sell, or trade. We do ask that you stick to performance equipment: Magic, Juggling, Puppets, Face Painting, Balloon Twisting, DJ, etc. (This is not a garage sale.) Anything that would be used as an entertainer is great.
Steps to Success has a Swap Table of items donated from previous years. So bring a couple of items from home and trade them in for something new to you.
Oh, socializing is also encouraged.
Means of payment will be up to the seller. Please come prepared.

We would like to get an idea of how many to expect.
If you have information on upcoming events, groups or anything else performance related, please bring the material to hand out. We usually have a table where this information can be displayed.
Event schedule:
7:30am to 9:00am = Set up. If you are selling, this is the time to set up. The event is in an old school cafeteria. The fold down tables are still in the walls. These seven tables are on a first come, first served basis as $5 donations arrive or have been reserved in advance.
9:00am to 1:00pm = Swap meet. That’s 4 hours of fun. Steps to Success will have concessions set up as part of their fund raiser.
1:00pm to 2:00pm = Tear down and clean up.
