Daniel Radcliffe in Talks to Join Jesse Eisenberg for Film About Magicians

“Harry Potter” star and stage actorDaniel Radcliffe is in negotiations to join the cast of “Now You See Me 2,” the sequel to the 2013 American caper thriller film about four street magicians, according to Deadline.com.

Jon M. Chu will direct the sequel, which will also feature original “Now You See Me” cast members Jesse Eisenberg, Isla Fisher, Morgan Freeman, Woody Harrelson, Dave Franco and Michael Caine.

Radcliffe, who has been seen on Broadway in Equus, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying and The Cripple of Inishmaan, is in negotiations to play the son of Arthur Tressler, played by Caine.

The warden wasn’t laughing at David Letterman’s “Top Ten List.”

The boss in charge of The Tombs was fired over the David Blaine magic show for inmates — because the city Department of Correction commissioner was furious it became the butt of jokes by the late-night funnyman, sources told The Post.

Commissioner Joseph Ponte gave the ax to Warden Antonio Cuin on Tuesday forallowing Blaine to give a free Houdini-like performance to some of the city’s most dangerous inmates. Tickets for Blaine’s shows usually go for $100 a pop.

“Ponte was pissed about the magic show publicity and that it was on David Letterman,” a correction source said of the performance, which was exclusively reported by The Post.

Levitating high above the London skyline is easy for Dynamo, but explaining it – not so much.

The master illusionist – who performed the extraordinary feat of magic in the final episode of his series Dynamo: Magician Impossible – has admitted that he’d love to explain it to the world but he can’t because it just wouldn’t make sense to anybody else, or even himself.

He exclusively told Mirror TV: “I’ll be totally honest, if I tried to explain what I do, it wouldn’t make sense to anybody because I’ve kinda spent a lifetime doing magic and you know, kind of developing my skills and it’s hard for me to even explain stuff myself, even to comprehend what I do..

World’s oldest clown dies at 98 in Montana..

BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — Floyd “Creeky” Creekmore, a former Montana rancher who held the record as the world’s oldest performing clown, has died at age 98, his son said Tuesday.

Creekmore died Saturday night in his Billings home of complications from heart disease, Dave Creekmore said.

Creeky turned to rubber noses and orange wigs in the 1980s, after retiring from his previous life ranching and building homes. He joined the Shriners, which holds circus performances to raise money for its hospitals, and he put in thousands of hours of entertaining sick and well children, his son said….
