Doc Eason’s magic takes him on the Road..

People in Snowmass have known that for years. Locals know and love him. Visitors come back year after year. But now, Eason’s gaining more notoriety beyond the Roaring Fork Valley, too.

The Academy of Magical Arts just recognized Eason with his fifth academy award for lecturer of the year. He’s also won in the close-up and bar-magic categories. Read more..

Jesse Eisenberg, Dave Franco, and Woody Harrelson return for the sequel and they’re joined by boy wizard Daniel Radcliffe and Lizzy Caplan, who admits the world of magic has been ruined for her.

“I now know a handful of tricks, but after working with the three magicians on set, you realise there really is no such thing as magic – it’s purely skill,” she tells Parade magazine, “and you marvel at the skill of it all, but you do lose the illusion that there’s an actual magical element.”

And now Paul Cosentino has revealed how an afternoon in the Lysterfield Library as a 12-year-old got him hooked on tricks and illusions saying: ‘I had no intention to learn magic, it kind of found me.’

Speaking to the Herald Sun, the 33-year-old said it was the encouragement from his mother Rosemary that made learning the tricks fun after she saw him reading a book in the school library.  ‘I was a very shy, introverted little boy.
